Is it possible to build a ROSTER (see image) for the day, made up of a combination of data from a list of students enrolled in the COURSE tab (see image), and information from a popup window to make up the missing information?

For example, if I select the ROSTER tab, Cell B22, and trigger the script, can it open a popup asking for the course START TIME, the course END TIME, and the ROOM, (information that is required to make up the roster sheet, but not offered by the course sheet) then build a list per the names from the COURSE tab, to end up with a FINAL sheet (See image)
