Greetings -

I built a sheet today where I am pulling percentages from one tab into another with INDEX MATCH. Unfortunately, instead of pulling percentages back, it's pulling zeros. I have double and triple checked the formula and it's solid. I tried formatting the cells, of course, but no luck.

I am sure it's an easy fix and the 12 hours I've been working today isn't helping. The Google machine is of no help on this one. Any ideas?

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
As RoryA mentioned i had missed the column in Roll-up and also the fact training log does not start at row2 - but row 148

so i have recreated using XL2BB and it works for me pulling over the percent and NOT Zero,

the names as you posted did work - but i also changed to Name1 etc

I have added to dropbox - just for a few days, so you can see the file working and compare

Sorry i wasted a lot of time on posts where i copied wrongly from XL2BB - Thanks for pointing out RoryA

the dropbox file will only be on the share for a few days

Perhaps you could put your file on a share
