I am trying to have the user put in a DATE into a user form I have written into a VBA on the back of an Excel Spreadsheet.

Currently I have a txt box with the following coding:

Private Sub txtInServiceDate_Change()

End Sub

What/how do I change this so that the User inputs a date in the format mm/dd/yyyy please?

Thank you

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi,
link requires sign-in & cannot access that file

This issue has moved on from original post & really should be a new thread - as its xmas I will, when have a moment, take a look (when posted new link) but it may be awhile.

My bad there Dave - not familiar with Google Drive. I have changed access so you can grab it with the link hopefully but if you prefer I can start a new thread for it? Whatever works for you as I appreciate your time and expertise.

Wishing you a very happy and safe Christmas. I will be working through from 12/24 to 12/26 as emergency services dont catch a break! I do hope though that my "customers" also have a happy and safe time too! We are like the Maytag people - no one WANTS to see us, but they are glad when they do hopefully so we can mitigate their issue!
