Inputbox to keep only certain columns with certain headings.

Hello,

I'm trying to get an inputbox to have the option to keep all or only some of the columns in a worksheet. I have been able to get it to delete only 1 column but not actually save anything and not more than 1. I would like it to look like a multiple choice question that allows multiple selections. Thank you for your help!!
