Hey guys, first...Happy New Year! :)

So...I have a question for those that might have a clue..I'm still searching, but maybe someone here has experience...

We have an excel sheet for inventory.

Column A - Inventory Qty.
Column B - SKU
Column C - Description
Column D - Item Cost
Column E - In Stock (This column will have an initial value to start inventory for the month, but will be hidden)
Column F - Received
Column G - Sold

Our userform allows us to input the date, persons name, and qty of part "received" (another userform...but for "sold")

We'd like the userform to add or subtract from Inventory Qty. each time it's used.

So...for example..

We have 15 parts on hand...we click receive, and input 20...that will then change inventory to 35...if we click receive again and put 9, it will change the number to 44...then if we click sold and input 14, it would change inventory to 30

(We are doing this for about 15 different products/rows)

We will be locking everything but the userforms so others can't accidentally mess anything up.

Thank you in advance for your time reading this, and any possible help!

- Chris

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Use the userform to display results. You can change worksheet values from the userform as input. Set up the worksheet to do all the calculations. To show output, put some textboxes on the userform and set their control source to the relevant value on the worksheet. Set them up not to receive any input if entered on the userform.... am I missing something? Dave
