Is it possible to assign a separate button/command to the worksheet filter instead of using the provided 'arrow button' in the column header?

I dont want to assign a macro that filters a specific entry in column, but rather have the button show the same list that pops up (see pic) whenever you select the arrow button.. (in other words, replace the arrow button with your own button)
