Is there a way I can change the text in cell A1 and it change the Tap to the same name

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I assume you mean "tab" and not "tap".

Right-click on the sheet tab name at the bottom of the screen, select "View Code", and paste this VBA code into the VB Editor box that shows up:
VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.Address = Range("A1").Address Then
        ActiveSheet.Name = Range("A1").Value
    End If
End Sub
Now, whenever you manually change the value in cell A1, it will update the sheet name, as long as it is a valid name not being used by another sheet in your workbook.
