Is there a way to post to facebook groups in excel using Chromedriver & Selenium

Thank you for taking the time to read my crazy message...

I have joined and registered bout 20 facebook groups...

Every other day I post new and the same content in each group.

This task takes forever...
I am wondering if I can post one message or photo or video on excel and automate to all groups.
Can this be done?

On column A2 to A21 have all group links and on
Column B2 to B21, have the message s and links to videos, texts, and photos

How can you help move forward with this?
