Is there a way to tell if an excel chart workbook was out together by a tool or a 3rd party app?

I have a workbook that is visually incredible. Using lots of different chart elements, colors, etc. I am trying to figure out how it was put together so I could figure out how to put something similar together myself. I am wondering if it was put together using 3rd party tools. Is there any way to check the workbook to see?

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
right click on it and see if you can edit it in excel or give us an image to see if we can advise working in the dark here

The charts are not photos. Each chart has it's own individual formulas. calculations, and elements.
