Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Hello Logit,

I have googled OnKeys will this method work if the form is loaded and visible, i want a way if possible for someone to press 1 which would be the same as picking Option 1 button on the form

I am not familiar if you can "bind" a macro to a NumberKey using OnKeys. You'll need to look into it.

If not you may need to change your "OPTION 1" ... to ... "OPTION A"
