I have this formula to count the number of unique values that meet some additional conditions. How can I get a list of what these values are?

=IFERROR(ROWS(UNIQUE(FILTER(Interventions!A:A,(Interventions!A:A<>"")*(Interventions!E:E=A17)*(Interventions!F:F>=A1)*(Interventions!F:F<=A2)*(Interventions!L:L=M59)))),0)

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
I would avoid using whole column references in a formula like that. Surely you don't need excel to calculate True/False for over a million rows five times?

Try something like this. Just ensure, where I have 1000, it is big enough to cover any data you might expect

Excel Formula:
=UNIQUE(FILTER(Interventions!A1:A1000,(Interventions!A1:A1000<>"")*(Interventions!E1:E1000=A17)*(Interventions!F1:F1000>=A1)*(Interventions!F1:F1000<=A2)*(Interventions!L1:L1000=M59),""))
