Hello! I'm looking for help and hoping this is the right place :) I've got a large amount of data and I'm trying to find the top 10% in a column. If i use the conditional formatting I think it just gives me the top 10% based on the number of rows that I have, but I am looking for something that will give me the top 10% based on the total value of my coulmn (it's a table of charges by user, with many unique users, and I need to pinpoint both the top and bottom 10%. Can you help?

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Welcome to MrExcel Message Board.
Go to Conditional formatting, Highlight Cell Rules Then Greater Than And Add this fromula ( I Suppose your range is A1:A20)
Or go to More Rule
