Lookup from Pivot Table based on Multiple Criteria

I'm trying to create a dashboard for our Sales Reps that will pull information from a PivotTable.

Here is an example of the Dashboard:

RepPivot

In the Dashboard, the Month (Apr) will change based on a dropdown. What I would like is for it to look for Jazmin Martinez on the RepPivot Tab, then look at Apr (this month could change), and put bring across the sales number for that month. Is that possible?
