lookup whats several columns to the right

Good morning. Its Friday the 13th
I have data in JE and JF. JG shows the number of 2's in JE and JH shows whats to the right. In the actual spreadsheet JG and JH are several columns over. Also some data might repeat. im trying to use lookup but im having trouble with keeping it grouped together like the sample below. any ideas?

thanks barry but im unable to get a good result. here is the result when pasting in JG and copying down.
