Hello,

I'm having an issue. I would like to create 2 macro shortcuts that paste PLAIN text. I want this text to be predefined as follows.

BCDEFGHIJKLM
2DepartmentTeams660 Floor660 QuadSamaccountnameSeat TypeFirst NameLast NameDisplay Name
Station LocationWorkstation Power Ports
3CustomerGei2NESteve.PhilStewardStevePhilSteve Phil4034West 68

I want to write a macro so when I select cell B 3, it will drop the green contents in (demonstrated in row 4) on top of row 3. However, I want the parts in red to remain the same.

I can't get this working on my own. :(

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
I think you are asking for pastespecial text? Is that correct?

Code:
.PasteSpecial Format:="Text"

NOTE:
You can use the macro recorder to record your actions and replay them
