Hello, can anyone please help me write a macro that would delete any specific rows on our financial statements where the text says "check - total rows" or "check - differences" they would be listed in column A

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
VBA Code:
Sub DeleteRows() 'This macro will delete the entire row if there is a data match anywhere in the range.
 Application.ScreenUpdating = False
On Error Resume Next
    With Range("A:A")
        .Replace "check - total rows", False, xlWhole
        .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, 4).EntireRow.Delete

        .Replace "check - differencess", False, xlWhole
        .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, 4).EntireRow.Delete
    End With

On Error GoTo 0
 Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
