I have two rows of data - Col A = Customer Number / Col B = Region, for each month of the year

I wish to look up two things -

1. Which customer numbers are reporting in Feb that also reported in Jan and count the different regions
2. Which customers are reporting Feb that did not report in Jan and count the regions

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.

That actually sounds like two columns of data. ;)

Could we have a smallish set of dummy sample data and the expected results with XL2BB and explain again in relation to that sample data?

You need to actually select the range on your worksheet that you want to show on your worksheet before using XL2BB. Also, in most cases 'Mini Sheet' is better than 'Table Only' as it shows more information.

Further, please don't forget these parts ..
