Match Primary key between two sheets and grab column

All,
I have an excel file with two sheets.
Sheet a = Original
Sheet b = Duplicate
Both of these sheets have identical columns.

Now I need to fill in sheet 3 (solution), I want to use the serial number to match the correlating shipping name from sheet (b).

I attempted to match it with the serial number however it did not work.

a) Original


b) Duplicate






My attempted solution (incorrect): The values are not matching

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Put this in the first cell you want the result (I've assumed it to be B2) of sheet Solution and fill down as required:

=VLOOKUP(A2,Duplicate!A:X,2,FALSE)

If no exact match is found #N/A will be returned.
