Hi All,

I need help merging multiple rows which match certain criteria (i.e. cells matching for date, specialty, location and person) to produce one entry, for example

DateTimeSpecialityLocationPerson
15/04/18morningTeamCapBrooklynCaptain America
15/04/18afternoonTeamCapBrooklynCaptain America
15/04/18eveningTeamCapBrooklynCaptain America
15/04/18morningTeamStarkLong IslandIron Man
15/04/18afternoonTeamStarkLong IslandIron Man

<colgroup><col><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Would condense down into:

DateTimeSpecialityLocationPerson
15/04/18Triple SessionTeamCapBrooklynCaptain America
15/04/18All DayTeamStarkLong IslandIron Man

<colgroup><col><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

e.g. if all other cells match, then morning+afternoon+evening would equal triple session; moring+afternoon would equal all day.

Thanks for any help/ideas
