Moving between two open files?

How do I refer to a file? I have this

Sub open_final_file()
Dim wb3 As Workbook
Dim File_3 As String
Dim File_4 As String

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
File_3 = Range("file_3").Value
File_4 = Range("file_4").Value
Set wb3 = Workbooks.Open(File_3)
Workbooks.Add
End Sub

At this point I have one populated file and one brand new workbook open.

How do I start moving data from wb3 to the new workbook?
