Mulitple lookup from two column headers and one row criteria

Looking for a formula that will grab from the Data Table based on the sales channels (Catering/Delivery/RPU) and Period/Year from the columns and then from the restaurant number from the rows. I've tried various sumproduct/index/match formulas and just can't seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Assuming the formula result of 57,623 is in cell C4 and looking in the data table range of J4:R7.
