Hi Guys,

So been struggling with this for a while.

What I want to be able to do is when a date is changed for crew member, it automatically sorts them in date. This I can do, but I can only do in one section. I want to be able to do it to all data fields.
Later on I also want to be able to just enter who is in that day and it automatically sorts all the date and produces a 'Riders Board'

Second image is me trying, but I'm sure there's a simpler way. On the first image above each data field on the right, is the order in which they must be sorted, also depending on if a day or night shift.

Thank you in advance

Cameron

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Sorry to add to this. entering who is in and then selecting a sort now button is totally cool.
