Multiple colour changes based on selection

Sorry for the screenshots, my x12bb is not working.
All yellow boxes are mandatory and drop down boxes (using the webdings 2 font to produce a tick)
I have used this code in conditional formatting to ensure that if N/A is ticked all the other boxes will go white (no longer mandatory) - =$M3="P"

Can I re-write it so that if ANY of the YELLOW boxes have P they will all go white???
i.e C3, E3, G3, I3 or K3??
