Hi, is there a method to have one workbook only use the code in that workbook while others are open? I want to have several open with identical code, but use different parameters while running simultaneously. So the variables in workbook #1 can do their thing, even though there are variables names that are identical. Thanks.

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
What you have described doesn't sound like a problem, you can quite easily use the same name for variables in several different open workbooks.

Best describe the problem you are actually having.
