I need help with cell F109 and G109

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
You need to take the cell reference out of the quotes, otherwise it's being treated as text.

I removed the quotes and it doesnt work

It should be strucured like this:
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF(F103:F106,"<" & F108)
