Create an Excel worksheet to balance your monthly income and expenditure. Provide a percentage value in a cell of an upper row of the spreadsheet. Calculate the new expenditures in a new column reducing the given percentage applying to each expenditure value. Consider that new expenditure values are to be used to reduce the expenditures in the next month.
