need formula to move data from multiple row to single row(having different number of rows)

Hi Team,

I need your help to get the formula to get the data from multiple rows to one row. My requirements is given below.

- In Sheet1 - I do have phone number is column A, Plan Name in Column B & Price in Column C.
- Each phone number is having multiple plans in multiple rows, So I need those multiples plan names & price in one row with different columns.
- Each phone number is having similar plan names. For example - Plan B is in column D, so Plan B should be in Column D for all other phone numbers.
- I have updated the sheet 2 named (What I need is) on how I need the data. Kindly check and help at the earliest possible.
