Here is my data set, and I need to eliminate any value in Column B that doesn't corresponds to Sammy while keeping all the corresponding information in Column A and C.

For Example
I need 2033849 because it is associated with Sammy and all the other corresponding information of 5033849, and eliminate all of 5036937 information because it isn't associated with Sammy. I also want to eliminate the dates that come after Sammy. So in this case the 21st of July, I would need to eliminate any thing after that time for 2033849. I also want to eliminate anything before the last person before Sammy so it would be anything before Mary at 2021-07-21 18:19:07. Trying to get an SLA for Sammy based on the time just before him to the time he touched it Isolating those two variables.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Are you still using excel 2019? Power Query could do all that for you pretty quickly.
