Need help summing values that intersect with stated criteria!

Hi, I have a table with property names on the X axis and account types on the Y axis. I need to sum all the values that meet the criteria for property name and account type on a different sheet. For example:

		Haren Dr.	Wright Rd.	Summer Ln.	Fox Hill Rd.	Mallard Ln.
Asset	Cash	500	700	1,000	200	900
Asset	Land	300	400	500	600	700
Asset	Building	500	900	300	500	400
Liability	A/P	-50	-60	-40	-20	-50
Liability	Security	-20	-20	-20	-20	-20
Liability	Loan Payable	-200	-300	-400	-500	-600

So if I wanted to sum all assets for Wright Rd, I would be looking to find a value of (700+400+900) 2,000.
