need help with a animal tracking software

I'm working on a fish tracking software. ultimately i need the distance travelled, velocity and freezing time of the object. i have the results in x and y coordinates per frame (position of the object in each frame). the software suggests, i use this data to get the above mentioned results through MS Excel. I need help getting the results as i have no idea on the matter.

column B and C are the x and Y coordinates respectively for object 1. The Frames start like 1,2,3...... from row 5

What is the time intervals for each position? Without that you are not able to work out velocity.

the video was recorded at 29.6 frames per second. the coordinates given are the position of the object at each frame.
