I have a date in cell c2 and a date in cell b2. I need a formula for conditional formatting where it will fill the cell with red if the date in b2 is more than 2 years from the date in c2. If c2 date is 1/1/2024 and b2 is 1/1/2021, b2 cell gets highlighted red. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Add a new cond. formatting - formula with this. Then set you colors and font

VBA Code:
=AND($B$2<>"", $C$2<>"", $B$2 > $C$2 + 365*2)
