Need help with VBA for creating a change log.

Hi. I have a spreadsheet that gets updated daily. I need a change log to consolidate changes done(changes to existing cell values and addition/removal of rows) between 2 sheets. Attached is an example of expected output. Please help with a VBA script.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
