Need macro/function to compare values in columns and then cut/paste row to new sheet

i posted this earlier but i think my description of what i wanted was unclear. above is a link to the file. i have highlighted the columns i need to compare. i need a macro to look at the first cell in the highlighted column of the first sheet and look for it in the highlighted column of the 2nd sheet. if there is a match then i need that row in the first sheet to be cut and pasted to a new sheet. i need the macro to move do this for each cell in the highlighted column of the first sheet and paste it to the newly created sheet. the macro must be dynamic since the number of cells in each sheet will change from month to month. all help would be much appreciated!
