Can't figure this one out, I have two separate sets of data, they have month end dates in common. Data Set 1 has dollar values, there are repeated values in the columns of data, not all are unique. Data set 2 has percentages. I am trying to find the minimum percent for each unique dollar value in data Set 1.
ColumnB is related to F, ColumnC to G, and ColumnD to H.
In the example below, the unique value of $500 in Column B would result in -4%, $519 in Column C would result in -2% (nothing for $521 or $523 since they have no negative percentages associated with them - ditto or Column D values.)
