It did allow me to download the exe, but Windows Defender is blocking it. If you confirm it's safe, I'll run it.

Its off what is known as the wayback machine which takes snap shots and archives web pages.
I have not had any need for that functionality so I have not used it.
In principle if you were prepared to use the file from Post #1 then this should be an archived copy of the same thing.
