Having trouble with using "less than" and "greater than". Using this formula.
=COUNTIF(F:F;"<100")

It seems like it does not work due to the format of the numbers that I am working with. When I create a list with normal numbers, the formula work.

So, I have been trying to format these numbers, but I see no way out of this.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
It is clear from the screenshot that your entries in column F are not numbers but strings.
You have to make them real numbers in order to do calculations with them.
