Hi
I subtract end time from star time and then change the format to h:mm and then to find the total, I multiple the rate by # of hours. Instead of getting 40, I got 16!
I know one way to fix that, is to divide "# of hours" by 24 and then multiple the result by the rate. Is there any better way to do that? so multiplying # of hours by the rate will give me the right answer?
Thank you very much.
