Hola!!, tengo una columna con 5 datos, como puedo hacerle para ordenar esos 5 datos de mayor a menor o viceversa y ponerlos en otra columna, toda esta operacion solo utilizando comandos dentro de las celdas donde quiero poner los datos ordenados, es decir, sin utilizar barra de herramientas, VB, etc.

(Casi) todas las funciones de Excel se pueden utilizar desde VBA. En Inglés, como toca utilizarlas, se llaman LARGE y SMALL, y se pueden utilizar con la propiedad WorksheetFunction del objeto Application, así:

Application.Worksheetfunction.Large(Arg1, Arg2)

o simplemente

Application.Large(Arg1, Arg2)
