organization chart problem

I got the code for making organization charts from #45 of this thread:

Add New Variable to Shapes

When running the code, I got the error message "the index into the specified collection is out of bound" at this line:

oshp.SmartArt.AllNodes(1).Delete        ' initial nodes

Any idea how to repair the code? Thanks.
