just wondering if there is a Mr Oulook about anywhere?

We have a very irritating person in another office where I work who insists on marking emails for followup 5 minutes after they are sent. I don't know if it is seperate but it also adds a task which has a reminder as well.

I'm not in a position to tell her what to do with her emails but I was wondering if it was possible to either clear all flags and tasks from email on receipt or just not to accept them in the first place? This is just on a single computer using outlook 2003.

any suggestions welcome.

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
I would explore TOOLS | RULES and create a rule from "scratch"
Check emails when they arrive
FROM (annoying party)
Then ACTION to perform (be sure to scroll ALL the choices)
and complete the Wizard.
(Sorry cannot be more specific, I don't have Outlook on my home unit.)
Good luck!
Larry
