I need help in managing my emails that I send to people. I need a means to remind me to check on the status of my request via the email. Often times I reply back asking someone to follow-up on the issue but then forget to check back with them. I need a reminder.

I tried flagging a sent message by setting the time, but nothing happens, no reminder at all. What am I doing wrong or what is another means to assist me with a efficient means of following-up on certain items.

Your help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Marc.
