Paste Special on Top

I have this code that pastes a range of cells (C2:J2) from one sheet to another every 60 seconds.
It pastes in the first row of empty cells. Is there a way to insert every new paste in the second row, push the previous pastes down one row?

This to insert (and push down) only row 2 cells in columns C:J

Worksheets("Data").Range("C2").PasteSpecial xlPasteValues

This to insert entire row 2
