Pause and stop Application.Speech.Speak function

I have a program that I want the text to be spoken , I use this button to speak the text

Private Sub CommandButton3_Click()
 Application.Speech.Speak TextBox1.Text, True
End Sub

However I want other buttons to pause and stop the speech stream. Can anyone please help me. Thank you in advance.
