people that were randomly assigned to groups need to be ordered in the group

I have a list of people that I was able to randomly assign to four groups, pods 1-4. I now need excel to look at the names that were assigned to a pod a put that name in a seat assignment. But I am running into the issue of thExcel grabbing the same name for more than one seat.
ANy assistance would be great!
