Pivot empty cells

Created a pivot table in one row i drawn in the field "Status".
In the underlying table the column status consist of blank and none blank cells.
In the PIVOT table the blank cells are called "blank".
I simply want these cells to appear without any text saying blank. Just want it to be empty.

Under the PivotTable Options tab, there is a button under the PivotTable Name field called "Options". Click on that. The option you want is under Format. Check the "For empty cells show:" box and leave the field blank. Untick the box. Does that work?

It doesnt work it doesnt remove the blanks. See snip attached.
