Pivot table - calculated field - column labels

Using Excel on Microsoft 365

Want to insert a calculated field to display the movement between two column labels, e.g. 1919 - 1863 then displays 56 in a new column. When adding a calculated field I only have the field "Month" to use, how do I create a calculation for 31/10/2023 less 30/09/2023?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
