Pivot Table Formatting Issue

I am having trouble formatting my pivot table. The fields are placed like this:

I would appreciate your help. This is probably obvious from my post, but I am very new at working with pivot tables. Thanks again. A

Hi Dear,

I think the year is your data set actually is not consistent (a text and a date format). I tried to replicate your pivot table and it is showing as per your desired output. Therefore, please try to change the format of the Year column in your data set, either both to date or both to text (General). Also, make sure that there is no extra spaces or characters.
