Placing monthly data into weekly table

Hi,

I am looking to place monthly data into weekly table but some weeks fall into multiple months. Does anyone have a formula that would figure out the % of workdays falling into the first month of the week and second which I could always just subtract from the formula for first month.
As always any help is greatly appreciated.
