I'am looking for a way to plot excel data on a map. A have Microsoft MapPoint, but it has some negative aspects; ex you can not completly remove de city names (nor choose wich wants you want shown...)
basically I want a plain map (no streets, names, "points of interest") from Belgium/Europe where I can create my own regions (based on zipp/postal codes) and color them or add pins based on figures from a excel file
anyone a suggestion?
