populate data into listbox based on multiple selected combobox and textbox

hello
i searched so much in the internet but i don't find what i would so what i want when i select from combobox and write in textbox then show data into listbox if i write in textbox code no as combobox it should show all of data in listbox and so on the rest choices in combobox
